Overview
Fortitude Integration Hub is an internal business operations system used by Fortitude Builders and Restoration to manage lead intake, customer records, employee invoice review, and approved service integrations, including QuickBooks Online.
Information We Process
The Hub may process customer names, contact information, property addresses, lead details, appointment details, project status, employee invoice information, payment status, and related operational notes. When connected to QuickBooks Online, the Hub may also process QuickBooks customer, invoice, bill, bill payment, payment, account, and vendor identifiers needed to synchronize records.
How We Use Information
Information is used to create and update Fortitude business records, prevent duplicates, coordinate customer and employee workflows, send approved records to QuickBooks Online, and maintain audit history for operational accountability.
QuickBooks Data
QuickBooks data is used only for authorized accounting synchronization, including customer records, employee invoice bills, bill payments, invoice status, payment status, and related accounting references. We do not sell QuickBooks data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
Information is shared only with authorized Fortitude personnel and service providers needed to operate the Hub, such as hosting, identity, email, file storage, calendar, and accounting services. We do not sell personal information.
Security and Retention
Access to the Hub is restricted through Fortitude-approved accounts and role permissions. Integration credentials and tokens are stored as operational secrets. Records are retained as needed for business operations, compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, and audit history unless deletion is required by law or business policy.
