Use of the Hub
Fortitude Integration Hub is a private internal system for Fortitude Builders and Restoration. Access is limited to authorized users and approved service accounts. Users are responsible for using the Hub only for legitimate Fortitude business operations.
Authorized Integrations
The Hub connects approved business systems such as Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, CompanyCam, and other Fortitude-approved tools. Users may connect or operate integrations only when they have permission to do so for the relevant Fortitude account or company file.
QuickBooks Online
When a QuickBooks Online company is connected, the Hub may create, update, read, or reconcile accounting-related records needed for customer, invoice, bill, bill payment, and payment workflows. Users must not connect a QuickBooks company unless they are authorized to grant Fortitude access to that company.
Data Accuracy
The Hub supports business workflows, but users remain responsible for reviewing customer, invoice, payment, and accounting information before relying on it for decisions, reporting, or payment processing.
Access and Termination
Fortitude may grant, restrict, suspend, or remove access to the Hub at any time. Users must protect their accounts, report suspected unauthorized access, and stop using the Hub when their authorization ends.
